By filling out this form you agree to the wholesale terms below. Approved accounts who log in will see wholesale prices in their shopping cart.
1) A Resale Number or Federal Tax ID Number must be provided.

2) Order minimums - To qualify for Wholesale Pricing:
• Minimum opening order is $500 per calendar year. No re-order minimum thereafter in the calendar year.
• Socks, Ski Bands, & Stickers must be ordered in multiples of 6 per style/color/size or will incur a break-pack fee of $10 per order.
• Shipping: Minimum shipping & handling charge is $15 per order. Unless otherwise arranged, we ship via UPS Ground. Contact us for expedited shipping rates or if you need your order shipped outside of the U.S. (Tip: Shipping rates we’re charged are most efficient for orders of $500+).
• Customers ordering $2,000 or more in the calendar year may request to be listed on RedMaple's "Find A Retailer" website link.

3) Returns: Restock fee is 20% of paid amount on cancelled orders or items returned in sellable condition with advanced authorization. Credit will be given towards future purchase, no cash refunds. Damaged/defective merchandise or incorrect packing: please call immediately for arrangements, claims must be made within 5 days of receipt. Shipping & handling costs are not refundable.
