WHOLESALE CUSTOMER ORDERING INFORMATION


PLEASE REVIEW THESE TERMS BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

1) Our webstore shows retail pricing unless you are logged in as an approved wholesale customer. Approved accounts who log in will see wholesale prices in their shopping cart.

2) To create your account click Log In and follow the Sign Up instructions for new customers. Once we approve your submitted wholesale application (next business day) you'll receive an email confirming your wholesale shopping status. Call our toll free number if you've created an account and are ready to order but have not yet received wholesale status confirmation.

3) Quantities are produced based on customer pre-orders, so please pre-order immediately to avoid disappointment. We try to maintain some inventory of our most popular styles but do not stock every item year round.

4) Order minimums:
•Minimum opening order is $500 per calendar year. No re-order minimum thereafter in the calendar year.
•Customers ordering $2,000 or more in the calendar year may request to be listed on RedMaple's "Find A Retailer" website link.

5) Shipping: Minimum shipping & handling charge is $12 per order. Actual shipping charge may be less than estimate appearing on your webstore invoice, but will not be more.

6) Returns: Restock fee is 20% of paid amount on cancelled orders or items returned in sellable condition with advanced authorization. Credit will be given towards future purchase, no cash refunds. Damaged/defective merchandise or incorrect packing: please call immediately for arrangements, claims must be made within 5 days of receipt. Shipping & handling costs are not refundable.
